These terms cover your use of SMSGlobal Bridge, the Sendrelay app that connects your CRM location to your own SMSGlobal account. By installing the app you accept these terms.

The service

The app sends SMS through your own SMSGlobal account and shows delivery status and replies inside your CRM. SMSGlobal delivers the messages and bills you for them at your account's rate, under your separate agreement with SMSGlobal. Sendrelay is not affiliated with SMSGlobal, and SMSGlobal does not endorse the app.

Subscription

The app costs $19 USD per month per location after a 5-day free trial, billed through the marketplace you installed it from. You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app, and cancellation stops future charges.

Your responsibilities

• You keep your SMSGlobal account in good standing, including its send limits and credit balance.
• You follow SMSGlobal's terms, your CRM platform's terms, and the messaging laws that apply to you and your recipients, including consent and opt-out rules.
• You do not use the app to send spam or unlawful content. SMSGlobal's content filter rejects some categories of content, and repeated rejections are a signal to stop, not to work around the filter.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and delivery itself depends on SMSGlobal and the carriers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
