SMSGlobal's standard Australian rate is about 1.9c per segment and drops with volume. The platform's built-in SMS rate for Australian numbers is about USD 5.15c per segment. The switch pays for the $19 monthly fee from roughly 1,000 segments a month.
How it works
Connect your key
Paste your SMSGlobal API key and secret into the app's Settings page. The app validates them against your account before saving.
Pick your sender
Choose a default sender number from the numbers on your SMSGlobal account.
Send from your CRM
Write the message in the conversations composer and choose the Sendrelay SMS channel. Delivery is billed by SMSGlobal at your rate.

Questions
Does my existing SMS channel keep working?
Yes. Sendrelay adds a separate composer channel called Sendrelay SMS. The built-in channel keeps billing through the platform's phone system until you change your location's default.
Do workflow "Send SMS" actions use Sendrelay?
Not in v1. Workflow actions stay on the platform's phone system. Sendrelay covers messages you send from the conversations composer.
Will replies show up in the CRM?
Yes, if you send from an SMSGlobal virtual or dedicated number and set the inbound webhook URL on that number. If you send from a verified external SIM, replies go to that SIM's handset and never reach the app.
Can I send MMS?
No. MMS is not supported in v1. An MMS send arrives as a failed message with a note explaining why.
What does SMSGlobal Error 1056 mean?
SMSGlobal's content filter rejected the message, usually because of links, email addresses, or payment wording. Rephrase the message and send it again. The app never retries a rejected message, so you are never billed twice for it.
I just opened my SMSGlobal account and cannot send. Why?
New Freestyle accounts can only send to their own verified numbers until SMSGlobal lifts the limit, and credit purchases can sit in manual review. Contact SMSGlobal support to clear both before you go live. The troubleshooting guide walks through it.
Who do I pay?
You pay SMSGlobal for the messages at your account's rate, and you pay Sendrelay $19 USD per month per location for the app after the 5-day trial.
