Sendrelay runs SMSGlobal Bridge, an app that connects your CRM location to your own SMSGlobal account. This policy covers what the app and this website collect, and it is short because there is little to say. We do not run analytics on this website, and we do not sell data.

What the app processes

• Your CRM account and location identifiers, so the app knows which installation a message belongs to.
• Your SMSGlobal API key and secret, stored encrypted, so the app can send through your account.
• The details needed to deliver and track your messages, such as sender and recipient numbers, message text, timestamps, and delivery status.
• Contact details you email us when you ask for support.

What we use it for

We use this data to deliver your messages, keep delivery statuses correct, and answer support requests. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run the app.

Who processes it

The app runs on cloud hosting and a managed database, and messages are delivered by SMSGlobal under your own agreement with them. Your CRM platform processes the same messages on its side under its own policies.

Retention and deletion

We keep message and installation data while the app is installed. If you uninstall and want your data deleted, email support@sendrelay.io and we will delete it. Your SMSGlobal credentials stop working for us the moment you uninstall or revoke them.
